The Role

We are seeking a skilled
Scrum Master to maximise the value delivered by a Scrum team by educating the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and SAFe and ensure that the agreed Agile processes are followed.

Also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement, to produce a Maritime Electronic Warfare Software Application.

Essential elements of this exciting role include:

• Supporting Iteration (Sprint) execution. Facilitate team ceremonies and keep the release train's cadence to facilitate alignment, dependency management, Release on Demand, and fast integrated learning cycles.
• Work closely with the Release Train Engineer and the Product Owner of your team.
• Facilitate Program Increment planning together with the Release Train Engineer.
• Significantly improve the team's flow of work, eliminating bottlenecks, delays and waste.
• Foster builtin quality and support the architectural runway to produce a resilient solution.
• Build a high performing team by delivering results, continuous flow, being collaborative, fostering selfmanagement, taking ownership, influencing decision makers, value diversity, build high engagement and know how to have fun.
• Communicate and present the functionality produced to the program and customer stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is essential.
• Minimum 8 years' systems and/or software development experience is essential.
• Experience and desire to be a Scrum Master is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills essential.
• Experience in using DevSecOps and supporting Continuous Delivery Pipelines is desirable
• Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools desirable
• Experience in Command and Control and/or Electronic Warfare domain desirable
• Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable
