Based in Ingleburn, your role is an integral part of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable Functions efficiently and accurately.

  • Onsite Parking

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and expense claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling payment runs
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable roles ideally in a multisite, blue collar environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
