About your new role:
Working as the Senior Business Analyst (BA), you support the digital platforms in our Non-Regulated team by analysing business, process, and system requirements, and proposing solutions to deliver value to our key stakeholders.
You work within the BA skillset while considering organisational context, complying with EQL's corporate governance framework and the Digital Division's best practices and standards.
Your experience and understanding of the electricity market and the roles of each participant further your ability to facilitate the initiation of projects and programs of work, as well as provide a foundation for sound strategy on the change required in the delivery of identified works.
You drive positive change by collaborating with the Retail and Yurika Businesses, Digital Services, and Delivery Partner leaders.You understand business and customer needs, operating independently to deliver initiatives driving digital innovation and transformation.
Theremuneration for your new rolestarts from $140k plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and $159k plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight.

About you:
You're anexperienced IT professionalwho hasextensive experience working in the Business Analytics spaceandstrong competency in the creation of initiation documentation for projects.
Comfortable operating within a complex and rapidly evolving business landscape , you have asolid strength in agile delivery and planning methodologies, tools and techniqueswith aproven track record in increasing efficiency, reducing waste and enhancing stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
You holdexpert proficiency in the below skills : Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring;Requirements Elicitation and Analysis;
Requirements Lifecycle Management; and
Collaboration.
You leverage yourexceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills , and yourability to build rapport, establish healthy long-term working relationships, and foster teamwork within multi-disciplinary teams.
