Reporting to the Rail Operation Superintendents, PRM is currently looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Karratha based office. You will play an integral role in partnering with our leaders and management, to help improve the effectiveness of the business and site operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Safety and Quality compliance on site.
  • Leading, monitoring, and auditing the HSE management system
  • Coaching and mentoring internal employees and contract partners
  • Supporting document control processes relating to the HSE Management System
  • Preparation of HSE presentation material and periodical reports
  • Collection of HSE data and statistics for reporting
  • Conduct Inductions and Verification of Competencies.

Skills and experience
Required

  • 3+ years previous experience in a similar HSE role
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
  • Minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
  • HR Class Drivers Licence
  • Ability to pass Cat 1 Rail medical and drug and alcohol screening
  • Experience in training & completing VOC for heavy machinery
  • Heavy Machinery Licences (eg. Excavator, Loader, Forklift)
  • Experience on Surface Mobile Equipment (SME).
