This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3 month contract paying $700 - $775 p/d + Super.

This role is located in Sydney CBD / WFH

About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Job Title with a leading NSW Government agency.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Deliver fitforpurpose customer operations and planning processes across the Division.
  • Establish and maintain responsive internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive the process improvement agenda within business activities across multifunction teams.
  • Develop connected business relationships with Customer Experience leaders and specialists to build effective and professionally proficient management system content to drive quality benchmarks.
  • Research, propose and promote continuous improvements, enhancements and upgrades to management system content to deliver integrated frameworks and tools.
  • Actively participate in customer experience training, forums and networks to develop resilience, resources, and technical specialist capability to deliver business outcomes.
  • Coach and train operational and technical specialists on concise and focused writing methods to deliver comprehensive quality documents, reports, plans, publications and specifications.

About You

  • Experience and success in researching and translating business stakeholder requirements to design changes and deliver quantifiable improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to multiple task.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering change outcomes in a team environment.
