In this role, you'll dive into:

Managing a portfolio of propertiesBuilding connections with both owners and tenantsConducting thorough ingoing and outgoing inspectionsCoordinating repair and maintenance work ordersKeeping a tight grip on rental arrears to ensure minimal issuesAfter training, WFH - 3 times a week and flexibility discussed.
