The focus of the Student Success Advisor is to provide course information to prospective students, high level enrolment and re-enrolment processing and inbound & outbound sales support.


This role contributes to the delivery of quality services whilst providing a diverse range of information to current and prospective learners and the general public.

As first point of contact, the position actively promotes the business of Chisholm Online and maintains an up to date awareness of courses.


The position provides outstanding customer service and supports students across the whole of the student lifecycle from enquiry to graduation.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Process Applications and assess eligibility requirements to progress students through the enrolment process.
  • Widely promote our Student Support and Engagement activities and services to students as they commence their study program through a combination of digital communication channels.
  • Establish communication channels with all students that creates an effective link between the student and support network/services
  • Ensure that all commencing students are contacted in a timely manner as defined by the overall campaign framework
  • Ensure our completing student cohort are aware of the support and pathway options available to them as they near the end of their course
  • Administer the new enrolment and automated reenrolment process to allow for continued engagement through the students entire course

ABOUT YOU

You will have the following:

  • Relevant postsecondary qualifications (or significant equivalent experience) in student enrolments, customer service or sales
  • High level of understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) and demonstrated outstanding customer service experience in high volume work centers


Crucial to your success will be your highly developed oral and written communication skills specifically in writing reports and instructions, or providing guidance and your good interpersonal skills, building rapport and conflict negotiation skills.


With a flexible working style, you will have strong analytical capabilities, organisational skills, high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
