Role Overview
- Provide technical hardware support and repair services as part of service delivery or project deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. Respond to customer inquiries about operation and issues.

Advise customers on maintenance and configuration adjustments to enhance product performance and satisfaction. The role may involve being mobile or situated on-site at a customer facility.


  • Support desktop, infrastructure, and services across various technology areas such as Hardware, OS, Software, Networks, Servers, and Print.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics to deliver hardware breakfix solutions.
  • Address and resolve incidents and SRs within agreed SLAs, following Fujitsu breach reporting procedures for any SLA violations.
  • Maintain and manage customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
  • Keep customers informed of case progress and any delays to manage their expectations.
  • Log and track all customer interactions and activities in the appropriate client ITSM tool.
  • Promptly escalate any operational issues that arise.
  • Accurately record and submit all Timesheets and project efforts on time as per company policies.
  • Complete all required training within the specified timelines.
  • Adhere to WHS practices, instructions, and policies established by Fujitsu and customers.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Team Leader or Fujitsu management.

Qualifications

 Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining ICT hardware. Strong customer-centric approach when dealing with clients. Demonstrated proficiency with desktop management tools. Proven track record in troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Smart devices, and printers. Experience in resolving software conflicts and performance issues. Familiarity with desktop diagnostic tools. Tertiary qualification, preferably related to the Information Technology industry, or equivalent certification.
