Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Services Manager – Air is primarily accountable for establishing and maintaining an LMA-led Air vehicle maintenance presence at Williamtown, supporting the growth and integration of a national maintenance workforce led by LMA. The position involves executing strategies to set up maintenance organizations and frameworks in compliance with regulatory standards in the Part 145 environment.

The role encompasses providing maintenance governance and authorization to programs delivering maintenance services. It also involves overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with Maintenance Policy, program Maintenance Management Plans, and LMA Value Stream process suite.

About you:

  • Extensive experience as a DASR Part 145 Manager (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in establishing and maintaining an air vehicle maintenance capability in a Defense setting
  • Substantial experience in various areas of maintenance management within a Defense setting
  • Proficient application of specialized technical skills in air vehicle maintenance
  • Able to meet the requirements of a DASR Part 145 Form 4 Holder

Special Requirements:

Applicants must possess and maintain a CoA NV1 security clearance with eligibility for obtaining a CoA NV2 security clearance.
