Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and provide consultation on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platform.
  • Work closely with business analysts, software developers, software architects, and other team members to recommend the most effective design approach for the overall solution, including system design, data integration, and migration on Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
  • Design robust architecture and develop functionalities that meet business requirements.
  • Innovate creative solutions to fulfill system/business needs.
  • Lead a team of developers independently to ensure the delivery of the overall solution.

Primary Skills:

  • Profound knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and integrating business solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Hands-on experience for over 10 years with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including expertise in web services and database application development using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience in architecting at least 5 large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
  • Strong understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports.
  • Proficiency in Azure tools and technologies, along with Power Platform experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, design, implementation, and deployment in delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Secondary Skills:

  • Capability to develop solutions based on business logic descriptions and existing applications.
  • Ability to perform effectively under stress and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Agile development methodology experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity in a multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading offshore teams from an onshore position.

Pre Requisites:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in implementing large packaged MS CRM applications.
  • Must have architected at least 5 significant Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
  • Essential to have a good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports, along with Azure tools, technologies, and Power Platform experience.
  • Must understand Microsoft Dynamics architecture, design, implementation, and deployment in delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • The ability to develop solutions based on the description of business logic and based on the existing Application is crucial.
  • Must be capable of working under stress and juggling multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Agile development experience is required.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • The candidate should be sensitive to working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Should have experience in driving offshore teams from an onshore position.
