Our client is a contract manufacturer in the pharmaceutical industry.

Due to the business growth, they have implemented new equipment and are now on the look out for an encapsulation machine expert If you have a passion for the manufacturing industry in pharma, with extensive knowledge of encapsulation machines, this role just might be for you

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain, operate and assist in troubleshooting encapsulation equipment
  • Verification of raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
  • Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
  • Conduct quality control checks for in process and finished goods
  • Monitor encapsulation equipment/machinery and report abnormalities
  • Mentor and train new machine operators on the encapsulation machine

What do you need?

  • Solid experience working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
  • At least 2 years working with encapsulation or tableting machines
  • Has experience mentoring and training other staff members
  • Ability to work between the hours of 6am 10pm
  • Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Experience working on continuous improvement projects for production machinery
