Positions Available:

We are currently seeking a motivated and inspiring Full-Time Trainee Educator to join our dynamic team.

As part of the Little Harvard family, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our brand-new Holland Park West Centre.


Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Access professional development and training programs
  • Receive training on curriculum planning and programming
  • Enjoy flexible hours of availability
  • Collaborate with a passionate team and build strong relationships with children and families

Qualifications:

  • Be studying or willing to commence study immediately towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Possess a current Blue Card (for paid workers)
  • Hold a current CPR and First Aid certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, understand routines, and maintain a high level of hygiene
  • Embrace the center's values and philosophy
  • Nurture authentic connections with children and families
  • Collaborate with families and the community through interaction, curriculum, and documentation
