The role Are you a passionate Creative Front-End Developer who lives and breathes all things digital? We're looking for someone like you to join our team Your creative storytelling skills, innovative thinking for elevating ideas and platforms, and website development expertise will be key to our evolving digital team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your skills to the next level.

You will play a pivotal role in providing concepts, prototypes, insights, and technical support, driving innovation and creative technology in the digital space.

Working with our dynamic team across an exciting portfolio of clients, you will continually help enhance our creative output.

Whether it's bringing a creative idea to life or delivering an effective UI experience, you'll leverage your technical understanding and seamlessly switch between concept development and code implementation when needed.

As the Creative Front-End Developer, you will support our digital design team (UX & UI) and where needed, the creative and be able to assist with estimating projects, priority planning and be the technical architect for clients/projects.

Key responsibilities Ideate creative digital solutions to solve brand problems or unlock brand experience opportunities Work collaboratively with the strategy, social and creative teams to develop the digital experience ideas and solutions that become part of the bigger attitude or behaviour change we're leading Use your technical digital experience to bring to the team innovative solutions Deliver to high standards that meet technical requirements, best practice, process, set timeline and budget, and grow capabilities of our technical offering Identify and develop innovative product and technology solutions, including development of demos to present and sell solutions internally and to existing and new clients Ensure the agency's continual growth in digital and technical skill & capability, making sure that we are thought leaders in new and upcoming technologies Showcase strong codebase knowledge, primarily front-end; support with back and front-end development tasks as and when required and identify new talent and staff required to deliver digital solutions Demonstrate the ability to move quickly from support and maintenance one morning, to solutions architecture thinking in the afternoon and are willing to get stuck in Demonstrate valuable input and thought leadership when working together and assisting creative and cross-departmental teams What you're looking for A supportive, collaborative, and fun culture A team that values each other and their unique skills and attributes Partnering with clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively An opportunity to fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them – we have one of the finest mobility programs globallyWhat type of person will be successful in this role Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial web development, web applications/software development, marketing/CRM & CMS or, digital agency environment Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and analytical capabilities Back-end capabilities including an understanding of PHP (e.g.

Drupal/Word Press), PHP frameworks such as Code Igniter, Zend, Laravel or similar and My SQL and database design, as well as utilisation Understanding of various external integrations such as Google Maps, Campaign Monitor (or similar email marketing platforms), Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.
