Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will champion digital adoption across Zone RV. Partnering closely with the management team, the role will assist in envisioning, articulating, and implementing digital aspirations. We would like to hear from you if you have a keen analytical mind, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for driving business improvement.

Responsibilities


• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and technological solutions.


• Document clear and concise requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


• Lead periodic reviews of software utilities to identify integration, upgrade, or replacement opportunities.


• Serve as the primary contact for software-related issues and queries within the organisation.


• Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems and escalate complex issues to relevant departments or vendors.


• Identify training needs and design bespoke training programs to enhance software adoption.


• Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal operational disruptions.

Skills and Experience


• 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role.


• Tools and Technologies: Hubspot, Trello, Xero, Microsoft 365


• Understand and demonstrate experience working within system development and project management methodologies.


• Experience working in cross-functional teams and facilitating business and Customer/Sales communication.
