About the role


We are looking for a
Workshop Supervisor to join our team working with our Carbonart division based in Bibra Lake, and supervise a team of 50.


The primary purpose of the Workshop Supervisor's role is to lead a team of tradespeople and unskilled labourers to achieve company goals and objectives including ensuring a safe work environment; fostering a positive, proactive culture; achieving production targets; ensuring quality of workmanship and maintaining 5S and housekeeping.


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain a safe productive work environment
  • Ensure operators are trained to the requirements of their role
  • Assist process engineer in developing standard operating procedures
  • Assist workshop personal with technical enquires

Necessary skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Workshop Supervisor experience
  • Carbon fibre composite experience
  • People management experience
  • Mechanical engineering qualification (desirable)
