DETAILS SPECIFIC TO THIS TEACHING ROLE

Successful applicants will be experienced teachers with a passion for teaching, who maximise student engagement, learning and achievement, and approach their teaching from a Christian worldview.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
-
Approved teacher education qualification, registered as a teacher in South Australia
:

  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A current RRHAN-EC certificate (Responding to the Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect
  • Education and Care training).
  • Protective Practices training (which can be completed prior to commencing employment).


Applicants will be required to adhere to the College's COVID-19 vaccination policy which is in alignment with the government's guidelines.


REPORTING / WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Subject teachers work under the direction of the relevant Faculty Coordinator, in conjunction with College Leadership. The successful applicant will have a vibrant, growing relationship with God. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative and unified College culture, and have excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills with staff, students and parents.
They will be teachable, of sound character, and committed to the vision, ethos, and strategic direction of the College.
