Your Opportunity:As a qualified Occupational Therapist in a community setting, you will join a large collaborative team providing personalized treatments.
You will apply your OT skills to deliver clinical interventions supporting positive health outcomes for customers, following clinical treatment pathways for optimal rehabilitation.
Duties include:
Providing assessments and recommendations for consumer activities, mobility, falls prevention, equipment needs, pain management, and more.
Show flexibility to meet Plena's and community providers' needs within the Occupational Therapy scope.
