The Company
This client is a reputable company with a strong presence in the conveyancing sector. They prioritise personal connections, client satisfaction and relationship-building, leading to a solid industry reputation and outstanding track record.
The Role
Due to ongoing success and their referral business going strong, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced registered conveyancer to manage current and new businesses.
The Duties
- Preparation of all documentation for settlement
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
- Receipting funds from clients
- Providing quotes to new clients
- Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process
The Candidate
- Previous experience in conveyancing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
