IT Technician - $65k - $75k

The interview:

Two-stage process. Teams followed up with an in-person interview. The team's chat is to find out your background, what interests you and what motivates you. The second stage is a more technical discussion. A discussion about specific projects you've had experience in and how you implemented them, from start to finish.

The role:

  • Helpdesk support ranging from level 1 to level 2 tickets.
  • Active Directory, group policy.
  • Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switches.
  • Cloud technologies (Azure / M365).


 VOIP 3CX (support and maintain). Onsite visits (must be able to drive).
