Overview


As the Project ATC Leader you are responsible to design, analyse, develop, test and demonstrate engineering solutions specific to ATC subsystem and have it approved by the customer, respecting the project QCD, during the whole project life cycle.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable to deliver ATC QCD commitments.
  • Direct technical interface with the customer for ATC Engineering and ensure ATC documentation are approved
  • Provide ATC functional and architecture specification, ATC detailed design and ATC interface specifications. Provides corrections during and until customer acceptance
  • Define the ATC delivery roadmap in accordance with project milestones and align ATC development teams overseas
  • Ensure technical design is consistent and align with Alstom Product and Specific Gap identified.
  • Follow ATC Engineering Work Package (WP) QCD performance (including physical progress). Follow the monthly review cycle with Project Engineering Manager, highlighting main variances against QCD commitments, initiating corrective actions, and immediately inform PrEM and Métier department head where major deviations are detected.
  • If the ATC scope changes (due to either internal or external changes), support Subsystem Manager in Project Engineering QCD commitment variations with the Project Controller
  • Follow and participate in Risk and Savings Reviews for their scope. Provide inputs to PrEM.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a ATC engineer
  • Knowledge of CBTC
  • Bid experience
  • Products and services knowledge on different market segments
