They are seeking a
Business Consultant, for their
Perth CBD location, who has an analytical mind with outstanding commercial awareness and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.


About the role

Reporting to the Consulting Director, you will be assigned various projects and progressively take on more ownership in the management of these projects as you grow within the organisation.

You will utilise your exceptional written, analytical and interpersonal skills to prepare a business case for your clients.

This will include understanding their needs, viewing it from a strategic perspective, conducting market research, analysing the risks and detailing how the change will be achieved.

This dynamic role includes a multitude of responsibilities, including:

  • Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain an understanding of the clients' business
  • Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them
  • Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
  • Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
  • Making recommendations for improvement, using models to test them and presenting findings to the client
  • Developing and implementing new procedures or training
  • Collecting information about their client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform findings and recommendation
  • Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
