This Program Designer role will see you position work to the benefits of members and CFA and will support the relevant leadership team and managers with ODT.
This role will be ideal for a resilient problem solver and strategic thinker who supports the vision and strategic objectives of CFA.
Your days will be varied and will see you manage the development of high-quality operational doctrine and training materials.In additional to the specific duties and accountabilities (as outlined in the attached PD), it is highly desirable for Program Designers to contribute to the skill sets within ODT in one or more of the following areas:
- Environmental scanning
- Applied research and/or innovation
- Emergency management operational environments
- Working within complex policy settings and/or frameworks
- VET sector and/or adult education
- Complex project management
- Registered Training Organisation (RTO) management
- Audit and Risk
About You:
The person we are looking for will be Tertiary degree qualified and have the ability to collaborate and engage with various stakeholders across all levels of CFA along with the ability to work within project frameworks and manage multiple and complex projects at once.
Should you only have a policy or training background, you will be able to your skills (negotiating consensus amongst stakeholders and highly developed critical assessment and writing skills) to enable you to work across both areas.
