What's the role?


The Motion Graphics Producer conceptualises, designs and produces motion graphics for marketing "How to" and "customer facing" edits to hero products.


Using graphic skills to storyboard, edit, design and composite animations whilst maintaining and delivering marketing objectives in the online video space.


  • Designing and compositing animations and motion graphics to be used in video across social media, the web and occasionally broadcast.
  • Use existing content (e.g. articles, adverts, landing pages, case studies, testimonials) as a basis to generate storyboards, scripts and video briefs for approval.
  • Propose fresh video content for acquiring new customers, as well as engaging and supporting existing customers.
  • Source footage and photos and edit content to build a library of video assets based on approved scripts and video briefs.
  • Ensure all videos are formatted and optimised for the relevant platform where they will be shown.
  • Ensure all videos are localised for the relevant regions e.g. APAC, EMEA and the Americas.
  • Collaborate regularly with creative teammates (including copywriters), marketing teammates, customer service and product teams as well as senior management.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of our brand message and tone, which should be accurately captured in both video and photo form.
  • Assist with any social media design and campaign requirements required.
  • Work with the social media department to maintain our YouTube channel.

Who are you ?

  • BA/BS degree in Digital Media (Video Editing) / current student or equivalent experience producing and editing videos
  • Three years experience producing and editing videos
  • Technically skilled Video compositing and graphic animation
  • Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro X, and must have experience with
    Adobe After Effect (Adobe CC preferred)
  • Scriptwriting (favourable) but can be coached
  • 3D Animation (favourable )
  • Excellent verbal, written and design communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Actively collaborate with teams and people
  • Passionate about Video with an eye for design
