ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A newly created Foreman position has arisen with this highly recognised and reputable Civil Contractor in Regional NSW. This company is known for its delivery of bulk earthworks, subdivisions and RMS roadwork projects valued to $20m. They are highly committed in delivering their client's projects on time at a high level of quality. In recent years, this company has grown, offering strong career progression and stability to employees.

ABOUT THE POSITION.


Working alongside the Project Manager as a Foreman, your main responsibility is to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of a number of civil infrastructure projects across Newcastle.

You will have a team of Engineers and workers reporting to you directly in assisting you with your delivery.

DUTIES.
Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Safety management
  • Quality assurance
  • Prestarts
  • Organising and managing subcontractors
  • Driving the team on a daily basis to ensure high productivity

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Proven experience in delivering medium to large scale subdivision projects
  • An excellent understanding of technical specifications
  • End to end project delivery experience
  • Ability to drive subcontractor productivity
