About the Client
Our client is a local retail start-up, specialising in automotive parts and accessories.

The company is experiencing exponential growth and has recently moved into a new office in Sydney's Northwest region to support their growth.


Your New Career
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be initiating and developing all marketing strategies in line with the brand.

As a strong ambassador, you will be working with various stakeholders to ensure programs are in line with the brand's aesthetics and seasonal marketing calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge in developing and implementing marketing, digital and PR strategies and initiatives to attract traffic and achieve KPIs
  • Ensure websites and retail sales are updated and in line with the Marketing plan for promotions, events etc.
  • Deliver various reports and analytics on digital, sales, budget expenditures and forecasts to ensure results are in line with company objectives
  • Develop and establish appropriate marketing activities to achieve short term and long term business objectives
  • Attend to the brand's social accounts to maximise consumer interaction and exposure

About you:
  • Tertiary qualified Digital Marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in a Marketing role within the retail industry
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
  • A proactive player who has a strong attention to detail and takes initiative to develop and support the brand's marketing activities
