Southport Sharks is one of the largest clubs in Queensland offering a multi-purpose events centre, restaurant, a café, four bars, 24/7 fitness centre, kids club, gaming facilities and free weekly entertainment, plus Mantra at Sharks - a 120-room hotel.

About the Role

Key responsibilities and experience include:

  • Cleaning pots and dishes
  • Emptying bins and removing waste from the Kitchen
  • Effective communication skills and able to accept direction
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

About you


You will have previous experience in a similar environment and consider yourself to be physically fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role.

You must be a team player and able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
