About the role:


Due to growth, our new Commercial Manager will be an experienced individual and play a pivotal role in developing and generating business opportunities for Projects Workplace & Solutions and Workspace through leveraging of existing client relationships, competitor analysis and market sector analysis.


Additionally, you'll be required to:

  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy, through industry knowledge and analysis, including working with potential industry partners and attending networking events when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and successfully secure new business opportunities from these entities.
  • Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management, accurate forecasting of both costs and revenue. As well as ensure tenders are financially viable, margin expectations can be met, and risk complies with corporate guidelines.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or have a background in building relationships with stakeholders. We are open to considering any type of industry or sector experience.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills coupled with management and organisational experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
