As an esteemed Lead Educator within our C&K Blackwater team, your role involves nurturing the inquisitiveness, imagination, and potential of children to help them evolve into self-assured lifelong learners.
Utilizing your expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm for education, you will:

  • Create a secure, encouraging, and captivating learning environment for children, their families, and the broader community.
  • Receive support from a group of kind and modest individuals who willingly share their knowledge to facilitate your learning, development, and accomplishment beyond your expectations.
  • Influence the future of the children under our supervision by taking a leading role in designing, executing, and assessing a stimulating play-based educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years.
  • Adhere to all reporting obligations, regulations, and laws to ensure that we remain at the forefront of our field.

What you'll bring

To excel in this position, you should possess or be willing to pursue:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or the willingness to pursue this qualification.
  • Certifications in First Aid, CPR, as well as Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check completed within the last three months (or the willingness to obtain one).
