We are seeking an experienced Soilyard Hand to join our team in Kilsyth South on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.


This position requires a minimum 2 years experience in clarifying and screening soil, and operation of all plant listed below in skills and experience.


You will need to understand the need to follow process, be adaptable and versatile, and ensure that all equipment and plant is maintained and presented well.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years experience clarify and screening soil
  • 2+ years experience on excavator
  • Front end loader ticket
  • Excavator / Back Hoe competency / ticket
  • Skid Steer competency / ticket
  • Backhoe / ticket
  • HR Licence
  • Drivers Licence (C Class Manual)
  • Working at Heights competency
  • Strong safety focus
  • Ability to navigate systems and technology, specifically Apple iPad.
  • Level 2 First Aid
