As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service.

You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Our Hamilton store is hiring a Retail Consultant to join the team on a Casual

basis at Shop 12, The Hub Shopping Centre, Gray Street Hamilton 3300.

Your knowledge, progressive sales approach and consultative service superpowers will help you to support and provide solutions for our customers.

About you

  • You're able to easily build a connection with a variety of new and existing customers
  • You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
  • You've got a drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
  • You're hungry to learn and grow within the role (and beyond)
  • You have experience in a customerfacing role
  • You love being in a fastpaced, busy retail environment, where you can spin plates, while still providing excellent customer service Experience in a customerfacing role
