Band 5 - $73,296.64 to $85,006 pro rata (+10.5% super)
17.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. One evening shift per week, 1:4 Saturday and 1:8 Sunday.
Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available to join Hobsons Bay City Council Community Learning and Service Centers department as a Collections Librarian Engagement.
This role is focused on engaging the community and staff with Hobsons Bay Libraries rich, vibrant, and unique collections, and the delivery of reader advisory programs and initiatives.
As a Collections Librarian Engagement, you will be responsible for delivering library events and overseeing the Homegrown Hobsons Bay, Book Club and SWIFT Reads collections.
You will work with a team of professionals to ensure effective program delivery, high-quality customer service, and the acquisition and curation of materials for the library's collection.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant will hold a tertiary qualification in information management, community development, or a related discipline.
