Role Summary:
The Customer Planning Analyst is an exciting max-term opportunity in our Customer Planning & Enablement team based at our Perth CBD Office.
The purpose of the role is to deliver planning, prioritisation, reporting and enablement support for the Customer Business Unit.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work with the Customer Planning & Enablement team and broader Customer Business Unit to ensure connection to the corporate strategy.
- Assist in planning and executing the Customer plan, aligning efforts to achieve Synergy's goals and objectives.
- Maintain key planning artefacts (e.g Annual Game Plans and Initiative Runways) to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams.
- Assist with coordination, tracking and communicating results of the Customer KPI scorecard.
- Coordination of the Customer operating rhythm (monthly, quarterly forums etc), additionally help manage the initiative prioritisation process across the Customer Business Unit.
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years handson experience in professional services, management consulting, or a related field. Energy Industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills written, verbal and presentational.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
