RAC Auto Services is a major player in the automotive industry in WA, boasting over 10 service centers within the Perth metro area. An exciting opportunity is available for a 1st Year Apprentice to kickstart their automotive career with Western Australia's most renowned brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all necessary training and complete logbooks
  • Learn to carry out quality servicing and mechanical repairs under the guidance of experienced Automotive Technicians
  • Create repair orders and manage issued parts
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Handle general administrative tasks

This role, reporting to the Team Leader, offers a four-year full-time contract, covering the duration of your apprenticeship.

Requirements:

  • Passion for a career in the mechanical field with a focus on the automotive industry (light vehicles)
  • Ability to learn in both a workplace and classroom setting
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Positive and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Valid WA 'C' class driver's license
  • Cert II Pre-Apprenticeship (preferred)

The role may include transfers between centers and requires a motivated, team-oriented approach.
