As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our Brooklyn Hub, you will play a key role in supporting the Hub Manager in managing the branch efficiently.

You will have a diverse role including:

  • Ensuring the safety of your team and customers
  • Inspiring and leading Sales Coordinators to provide exceptional customer service, knowing that happy customers are likely to return
  • Seeking the best solutions for customers by creating quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements
  • Managing administrative tasks, assets, and quality

Your Qualifications for the Role

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to lead and support a team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • General computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in trade or hire industries is advantageous
