Turner & Townsend's Project Management team is one of the leading consultancies in the health care sector and is working on the largest projects across the state.

The team has an exciting opportunity for a
Scheduler/Planner to work on some of the iconic Hospital and Health projects.

We are looking for someone with a wide range of experience to work across a variety of different programs, from feasibility to delivery, and some great soft skills to collaborate with our clients.


Job Description:

  • Analyse historic data and interpret future demand projections for the purposes of developing service planning documents and projected facility requirements.
  • Undertake the consultation for and the development of Health Services Plans, regional and local, and Assumptions Papers underpinning Services Plans.
  • Develop Services Implementation Plans.
  • Coordination and drafting of Business Cases and other reports as necessary.
  • Preparation of Functional Briefs and further develop Models of Care arising from services planning.
  • Develop Schedules of Accommodation (spatial requirements) and provide functional relationship diagrams in response to client operational requirements.
  • Develop operational procedures briefing documentation.
  • Facilitate and document stakeholder/client consultation sessions and issues resolution.
  • Make recommendations on necessary code, standards and guidelines requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Professional/tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Must have a background in population health services and hospitals.
  • Understanding of health risks and trends
  • Health industry and clinical background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data modelling and strong excel skills
