The opportunity
We have recently implemented Oracle HCM and are looking for someone to support all modules of our core People system as well as uplift existing processes and tools to improve our end user experience.
Working closely with the People Operations team you will be involved with the People Systems Administration, People Reporting and Insights and Employee Experience.
- Supporting the quarterly update cycle of People system/s, including testing, creation of supporting documentation and training
- Designing, configuration, testing and implementation of new initiatives
- Support the team on people data requests, analysis and insights, including regulatory and audit needs
- Designing, delivering and maintaining reports, metrics and dashboards
- Support on projects and initiatives as required
About you
A passion for data and systems you will have the ability to understand, interpret and bring data to life. You attention to detail, ability to set priorities and work towards tight deadlines is also critical coupled with
- Previous experience with HR systems essential, with Oracle HCM desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulae)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
