We are recruiting for a customer focused and enthusiastic professional to join the Shared Services Centre as a
Payroll Analyst located in
Parramatta, NSW.

What You'll Do:

  • End to end processing of company payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis related to super, tax and payments.
  • Updating and maintaining employee's payroll records
  • Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments
  • Processing increases and calculation of back pays
  • Maintain employees electronic file with appropriate records to meet legal obligations
  • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations

This role is a great fit for you, if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
  • A degree / diploma in HR or Accounting (highly desirable)
  • Intermediate experience using a large Payroll system as well as MS Excel skills
  • A good understanding of the Australian Legislation for PAYG Tax, Superannuation and Payroll Tax and related compliance obligations
  • A team player who has a proven record of team collaboration
  • A passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
  • A high attention to detail and are able to prioritise and organise your approach to your work and meet timelines.
