Come and join our team in this exciting role


Collaborating closely with our Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will assume a pivotal position, contributing significantly to the provision of high-caliber business partnering and financial assistance, vital for driving the expansion and efficient oversight of Sedgwick and its diverse array of business divisions.


  • What are my accountabilities?_

  • Financial modelling and analysis to support quality commercial decision making and negotiations regarding productivity, new business opportunities, resourcing, and other key pricing or operational decision making.
  • Prepare Annual Budget and forwardlooking forecasts including review of cost drivers
  • Adding value and driving improvement through reporting, analysis and true business partnering.
  • Preparing, tracking, coordinating and presenting month end results (KPIs and management reports) to key Service Line stakeholders.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders especially Service Leads and Operations Managers, providing relevant concise information.
  • About you_:
  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in accounting, finance or economics required. Desirable CPA or CA or CIMA or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholders accountable and influencing effectively.
  • Very strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills, ideally from a corporate finance background.
  • Experience working with operational managers (outside finance).
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience SAP and Power BI / COGNOS
