About the Role:


Reporting to the Senior Product Lead, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and use that information to develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic direction of the company.


You'll be responsible for maximising business value by defining, designing and prioritising digital product features and improvements that best align with business priorities whilst ensuring a world class customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that enhance the overall customer experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic direction of the company
  • Product innovation and design using user research, user centred design and customer centric design
  • Conceptualising new online products and services in the digital arena
  • Research (market, customer, product)
  • Use business process analysis and design to define Products
  • Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communication flow between digital product development teams or vendors and business stakeholders
  • Liaising between teams within the organisation to ensure that all tasks and features align with business priorities
  • Report on product and initiative performance, platform adoption rates, usage trends

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Product Owner experience in the online/digital space
  • Strong product management, design and analysis understanding
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially working as a product owner
  • Scrum product owner certification or similar highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent project leadership, risk and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail and superior communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong drive, initiative, ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
