Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award-winning winery with a passion for producing premium cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that can be enjoyed with great food.


Our two-hatted restaurant offers a fine dining experience located in the beautiful hinterland of the Mornington Peninsula, only one hour from Melbourne.


The business started over 20 years ago and we have been very fortunate to bring together a group of talented people from across the world, who share our passion and love of what we do, to bring great wine and food together in a way that provides a memorable experience for our guests.

The role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • be an experienced Bartender who is enthusiastic and passionate about cocktails, spirits, and fine-dining.
- have the ability to work with our cocktail and spirit list, host guests at the bar, and engage with diners as part of their experience.
- be understanding of preparation requirements for the bar and communicate with management on ordering needs.

There is room to grow into a supervisory/management role that would include:

  • weekly ordering responsibilities and monthly stock audit & reconciliation
- creative license with spirits, cocktail list, and non-alcoholic offerings
- training other staff on bar service, spirits, cocktails

Skills and experience

  • At least two years previous bartender experience
  • Ideally experience with cocktails, whisky, and digestifs
  • Exceptional service skills paired with effective communication
  • Professionalism, punctual and wellpresented
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong work ethic
  • Genuine desire to evolve, adapt and progress your career
  • RSA
  • Wine knowledge would be beneficial
