We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team and help maintain our properties at the highest standards.

Position Overview:_

Key Responsibilities:_

Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.

Perform general maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, tiling, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Assist with property renovations and upgrades as needed.

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance team members to prioritize and coordinate tasks.

Keep accurate records of maintenance work and materials used.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor when interacting with residents.

Qualifications:_

Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman or similar role.

Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.

Proficiency in plumbing, tiling, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Own tools and equipment necessary to perform maintenance tasks.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.

Ability to pick up materials as needed for maintenance projects.

Must have own ABN
