As part of the Remediation Analytics team, you will join passionate people who make an impact every day. This role will suit someone who has hands-on analytics experience solving complex problems.

The role and Day to day will include:

  • Be a key contributor in a high-performance analytics team, working collaboratively within data engineers and business analysts to deliver analytics and insights initiatives that lead to efficient and effective remediation of our customers' information
  • Proactively identifying and contributing to improvement opportunities leveraging modern analytics tools with indepth knowledge of complex data landscapes
  • Communicating analytics output effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and articulate technical issues to nontechnical audiences
  • Managing working relationships with stakeholders to establish their needs, understand audience gaps and deliver valueadd analytics solutions
  • Analyse, identify and describe relationships and patterns in data
  • To deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and working with ambiguity

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years' experience with turning raw data into actionable, valueadding insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with large scale data platforms in SQL and Python are essential
  • Proven analytical skills and evidencebased decision making
  • Experience working in cloud and data lake environment are highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Knowledge of core data principles such as Data Analytics, and Visualisation. Machine learning knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of typical data sourcing / ETL requirement gathering, planning, risks, issues, and the presentation, communication and treatment of these
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management including typical ceremonies and tools is highly regarded
- [Preferred] Knowledge of Banking regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. KYC, CDD)
