As a Documentation Service Officer you will be part of a dynamic team supporting our Client Service division.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service to a diverse range of local, regional, and global clients, primarily from the Financial Institutions and Corporate sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and offshore branches regarding documentary account maintenance.
  • Manage client documentation requests, encompassing account maintenance, Electronic Payment Signatory Form setups, and signatory changes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problemsolving abilities, addressing client needs promptly and comprehensively.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, gaining insight into their documentary requirements and providing support for their projects.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain rigorous case management by promptly logging, tracking, and reporting all client requests.
  • Adhere to internal and external SLAs, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Engage in seamless collaboration with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive our broader franchisee agenda.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven handson experience in documentary/KYC/client service management within a financial institution or related field.
  • Possess a deep understanding of company documentation including domestic and crossborder payments.
  • A track record of effectively managing and cultivating client relationships and internal partnerships.
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding process and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail, thriving in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly and foster strong partnerships across diverse teams.
