The role:


The role is responsible for delivering the continuous improvement model for customer interfacing functions, processes and service standards, and enabling quality customer outcomes; including developing business improvement opportunites, providing recommendations with a strong focus on customer service within eHealth Queensland.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Help drive a culture of continuous improvement across eHealth Queensland by ensuring all IT Service Management processes are developed and reviewed in line with best practice (e.g. ITSM, ITIL, ISO standards etc.) and integrate with each other to provide a consistent end to end service for customers.
  • Lead organisationwide reviews of customer service standards to deliver improved customer outcomes.
  • Assist employees and management to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, matching business process with system requirements to ensure endtoend alignment.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Service Centre, you will have a high level knowledge and experience in business analysis and implementation of business quality improvement initiatives with the ability to identify, prioritise and conceptualise tasks which need to be undertaken and resource requirements to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
