An opportunity to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Dalwood Spilstead Service based in Seaforth working in tertiary care with vulnerable families and children at risk across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches regions. The role involves management of the Home Volunteer Support Program for the Dalwood Spilstead Service.

Employment Type : Temporary Part Time until 30 June 2026 (with possibility of ongoing employment)

Remuneration: $ $56.54 per hour

Where you'll be working Dalwood Spilstead Service, Seaforth

What you'll be doing

Management of the Home Volunteer Support Service for the Dalwood Spilstead Service, ensuring provision of a high quality specialist service for high risk families.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
 Candidates will need to meet the following criteria :

  • A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Evidence of extensive clinical experience, inclusive of experience as a Level 2 Social Work or equivalent.
  • Please describe your previous experience working with vulnerable families and children at risk from a trauma-informed approach.
  • Please describe your previous experience in supervisory role.
  • Please describe your previous experience in a broad multidisciplinary team.
