Store Management As we continue our growth journey in helping all Australians, we now have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cluster Managers to join our business.

In this role you will be responsible for a region of 10 stores and drive the day-to-day operations and high-level performance with the store teams.

These opportunities require travel, but ideally, we would prefer a candidate who resides in these areas.

Our team is reflective of the community we are a part of, we embrace and celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our Team Members A bit about the role: Be a coach and guide for one-way store standards and provide clear expectations Drive strong merchandising standards across stores Drive the customer experience Drive commercial outcomes relevant to TRS KPI's Drive sales and comp sales for your cluster of stores Delivery of store budgets and Targets Work closely with the People and Culture team to drive succession planning and talent management The role requires someone who is a people person, a motivator with sounds decision making.
