YOUR ROLE:

  • Fully responsible for Demand Planning for Beauty Care Professional business
  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to incorporate trade initiatives into demand forecast
  • Drive Demand reviews and actively participate on local S&OP
  • Own, monitors forecast Accuracy, Forecast bias and continuous improvement of Service levels
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
  • Responsible for Product lifecycle management and maintaining master data in SAP
  • Communicate updates and support for local Australia and New Zealand customer service, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Work closely with Supply planning counterparts to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met
  • Generate reports as weekly out of stock, potential out of stock or inventory overview.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in Demand Planning
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problemsolving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Advanced SAP APO DP / SNP, and Advanced excel knowledge (demand planning, supply network planning)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Team player who works well with others, flexible & goal orientated
  • Agility and drive to improve and initiative to get there
