Our Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital is in search of
dedicated individuals to join our welcoming and supportive
Central Sterile Department (CSD) team.

• In this role you will gain valuable experience in the reprocessing of reusable medical devices which included tasks like decontamination, packing sterilisation, dispatch, logistics and when necessary, transportation
• Our Hospital's CSD services extends to 4 external sites, plus in house operations, offering for work across a total of 5 sites.

Your qualifications and competencies
In order to excel in this role, you should possess a
positive disposition with a "can-do" attitude

• Your outstanding communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting are imperative for this position
• You will be expected to
  cover various shifts and hours, including evenings and night shifts.

Additionally, you should also bring the following attributes:

• Keen attention to detail and precision
• A proven ability to function effectively as part of a high

- achieving team

• A demonstrated strong work ethic encompassing punctuality, integrity, respect for others and a dedication to upholding Ramsay's core values.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $24 - $28 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
