Job Description:

  • The Position:

    This exciting new role as the Regional Employer Engagement Manager involves overseeing a team of Employer Engagement Managers, managing internal and external employer relationships, setting strategic priorities, and creating pre-employment programs to assist our clients in finding quality work opportunities.

    This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in influencing how organizations can hire individuals facing disadvantages such as disability, injury, or health conditions.

    As part of this role, you will collaborate with employers to enhance their diversity strategies and incorporate them into their recruitment processes.

    The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from any atWork Australia office in South Australia or Western Australia.

  • Qualifications:

    This position is ideal for individuals with a background in recruitment who are passionate about diversity and inclusion. You should have experience in forming strong partnerships with businesses, offering staffing solutions, and motivating teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
