_About The Role_

  • Support managers in the development and coordination of effective business cases, position descriptions, and advertisements for recruitment platforms
  • HR advisory and consultancy services based on the industrial framework
  • Workforce information, analysis, and reporting
  • Research, analyse and interpret HR information to provide professional and appropriate advice and recommendations (written and verbal).
  • Coach leaders regarding human resource issues and provide advice and guidance
  • Prepare correspondence on a range of HR issues for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evaluation of human resources services and initiatives
  • Maintain a highlevel knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices

_About You_

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in human resources/ employee relations from a recognised tertiary institution, would be well regarded.
  • Knowledge of ability to gain knowledge in Aurion, SharePoint, Tadpole Timesheets and Microsoft Office software, would be well regarded
This role is offered on a casual contract, with full time hours until 30/06/24 with the possibility to extend.
